He removed wallpaper; prepped the walls by sanding and skim coating them; repaired a wall with water damage and painted 4 rooms.He is very detail oriented and strives for perfection. He is also very tidy! He cleaned up each evening and covered the furniture, etc to keep from getting dusty while sanding, etc.
His pricing is very fair.
We highly recommend Monarch Painting.
