Dalton and his crew do fantastic work. From a whole interior repaint last year to exterior work this year, he is our most professional, attentive and contractor we’ve used. Their attention to detail and ease of scheduling make them an easy choice for our projects in the future. Thank you!
Supreme Painting does a wonderful job. Dalton the owner is right on top of things. His crew is over the top professional and his Lead Jesus and Joel make sure everything is perfect. My kitchen had ugly wallpaper over wallboard they stripped the paper textured and painted. I even had them put up a wood accent wall and it is beautiful. They clean up and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied 100%. Will be recommending them to all I know.
Our family has used this company for 3 generations now. Dalton and his team were great to work with! Fair and honest pricing and they got us scheduled quickly. They did a great job and communicated throughout the process. We will definitely use them again!
First off, I rarely give reviews, but feel I have to given my experience. And my house probably falls into the 1% of people who insist on hand brush/roll painting, but I'm sure this will resonate to the vast majority who spray paint.I received three quotes to hand paint our small 2500 square foot house that is mostly brick. The main reason why we hand paint and not spray is because we have a very expensive pool/backyard living space with cedar, flagstone and moss rocks in a tight space. So spray painting is not an option. Dalton was the least expensive and I really liked him (plus he had tons of great reviews). Our house trim, small front siding above the garage and one story back siding was originally painted off white (shell white) and repainted (hand brush & rolled) the same color by a handyman 15 years ago (color had darkened a bit over time). When it came time to do it again, we went with Dalton's paint (Benjamin Moore) and paid for their most expensive exterior paint. We decided on Timid White which most matched our original paint color. His two man crew (Jesus and Eduardo), who have been with him for years, are probably the best painters I've ever had, and I'm in my 60s!!! When I say they are amazing and truely gifted painters, I'm not exaggerating. It's a very labor intensive job to hand paint, that's why no one does it these day, and they were just wonderful! My husband & I made sure we gave them a nice cash tip to let them know how much we appreciated all their hard work!!My issue is with the owner, Dalton. He bid the job knowing we would be hand painting the house off white (basically getting as close as possible to the same color) with Benjamin Moore Regal Select Moorgard Low Lustre exterior paint. And here's where our experience took a bad turn. After pressure washing the old paint and painting a small portion of our front door next to the sample paint I acquired to choose a color, I was told one coat wouldn't work and it would take 2 coats (my paint sample said two coats, so I was like, what? Hummmm). Turns out Dalton said he only quoted for one coat of the paint product he uses all the time. Hummmmmm ...Dalton informed me I had 3 choices at this point, switch to spray painting (not an option), painting the house a darker color which would only take 1 coat(???) or paying an additional 45% for a second coat which would involve more paint and crew. Since I got approval from my HOA for the color I chose, changing the paint color was not an option and I was quoted for hand painting because of our pricey backyard, ruling out spray. So we agreed to pay 45% more for the second coat with more paint, crew and possibly more time than the 4 days alloted.Sadly, no more paint was used (they put the paint in my back screened in patio and I never saw any additional paint, leftover paint was minimal), there was no additional crew and the job was completed in 4 days (as the original contract stated). Did the crew do a full 2 coats? No. It took approximately 10.5 hours to do the first coat and it took approximately 5.5 hours to do the second coat. They didn't have enough PAINT or time. Many things were definitely painted twice, but not everything. So where did that extra 45% cash go?? It wasn't for extra paint, crew or time.Honestly, if I had gone with one of the other two more expensive bids would the results have been different? Gosh, I'd love to think so, but who knows! Hand painting is a thing of the past for sure! If you do hire Dalton to spray paint is that better? Got me, I'd like to think so, but because of my experience, I don't know. We're talking ethical behavior here. Did I pay the final balance with the extra 45%? Yes, the day they finished. Was it worth it? The crew definitely was, the bait and switch was not.One thing I do know for sure, Jesus and Eduardo were amazing! You can't find any more hard working, nicer people! If you do hire Dalton, definitely ask for them!!Thanks for taking the time to read this review. My aim is to educate, not harm.
I knew my house needed paint, but once it was complete, I realized just how bad it was. The whole crew was so friendly and professional. They went the extra mile without my understanding of everything that was included. They re-stained my front door, my back door and painted my garage!!! It looks superior! I highly recommend supreme painting! I am a very picky consumer they asked to walk the house together for final inspection and it was flawless. The owner is Dalton and tell him Shelley Plemons made the recommendation. Inside is next…
