Absolutely phenomenal service from Logan. Super responsive to phone calls and text messages. Very competitive pricing compared to a couple other places I called. He was able to get out super quickly and get my rental property turnover paint job done. Definitely going to be using him for my next turnover
We had a full re-paint at one of our properties, Cabinets/trim/ceiling/walls. Logan did excellent work in a timely manner and was very responsive to any questions or additions to the work we needed.
We contracted with Logan for a paint refresh of our living room, kitchen, dining, and hallway. He did a great job and was very careful with our belongings and cleaned up well after he was done. The walls and ceilings look great. Logan was fair with the price and did the work as promised in the time frame that we discussed all while being polite and respectful. If you have dogs, don't worry about Logan - my dogs were at ease with him right from the start. Thanks Logan!
Edit- See below - Notice he didn't take responsibility for the issue I had with the painting.... tell yourself whatever you want Logan- you could have handled it more professsionally from start to finish. I never said I had a budget, and just said I wanted it done before the snow fell, the mud I removed from the electrical box was not there before, so more lies! I told you I needed the mud/sand and could have painted myself. You said $500; I wished you would have been more professional and done a good job rather than make excuses. Also, a good sanding would have fixed those issues. But as you said you are just a painter. Too bad the painting was poorly done as well since that is your "profession".Original- I hired Logan to mud/sand and then paint my garage interior.Major CONS- I was dissatisfied by his sanding job and it looked like I did it, I told him I couldn't give him a 5 star review. He responded by saying he would dispute it with Google. ?? At the completion of the job, he said it needed 4 layers of mud not just two (after he already painted) instead of professionally telling what was necessary to complete the job correctly, he said he would come back and mud/sand again and I pointed out that it should have been done before painting to not waste more paint. Before he started I requested he not get paint on the woodwork at the top (2 inches from top of drywall) - he hit with the roller several times - not a professional. And lastly he claimed I said I would not pay him - WHEN HE HAD TO FINAL CHECK IN HIS HAND!!!! JUST WOW!PROS- fast and saved me from doing it myself- even if it looks DIY and not like a professional paint job.Do not hire for drywall/sanding at all and if you have ability to paint it yourself, save your money!
