From initial contact, the on-site review and walk-through, the estimate, the layout of the estimate, answering questions, responding to texts, answering more of my questions, the kickoff walkthrough, the work, the cleanup, the billing, the paying options, and the relief. This company has been an absolute wonderful group to work with. Very professional. Very thorough. I'm keeping their number with me forever.I have run into a lot of weird business practices with other companies. Pushiness. Unresponsive. Unprofessional.This company will meet and beat your expectations. Their crew that came out was very polite and helpful. The crew chief told me what I didn't need done when he took a look closer, so they removed a couple items and then he found a couple items that he suggested and I agreed. Such a wonderful group of people to work with.My final price was something I could completely live with and feel like I had not been cheated. Wonderful! Wonderful!
Just had our home repainted and Edwin was great to work with. Came out on a cold wet Saturday to do the quote. Took his time asked a lot of questions and gave some great feedback.Roberto and his crew were courteous, responsive, and above all did great work.Very happy with the new look. I recently signed a contract with Home Pros Painting and Home Repairs of KC for my exterior painting. The company provides a detail list of charge items that could come with the painting. I got 6 different prices depend the paint quality of choice. The company is very professional and answered all the concern that I have even before I signed the tract. I spoke with the owner, Edwin, he didn't force me to sign contract with them but gave me enough information so that I compares prices with other companies. This company gave a recent price for the project and I went with it. I like the quality work that company provided. I will refer anyone go with this company for exterior painting.Andy
We hired this company to repair and stain our deck. My communication and estimate was with Edwin, the owner of the company. They were very responsive at first and showed up on time. The stain started to peel off in multiple areas within a week of it being completed due to unexpected rainfall and some of the stain got on the exterior walls of our house, which was painted just last year. The boards and trash were never removed from our property and left in our flower beds (which was an itemized charge in our estimate to remove all boards and trash from property). Due to miscommunication (their email system went down?) it took 3 weeks to hear back from them but they did return and remove the trash/boards, fix the stain and re-paint the small area of white on our house. Overall, we are pleased with their work despite a few hiccups.
We had the exterior of our home painted by Home Pros last week and everyone we worked with was professional, prompt, knowledgeable and we couldn't be happier with the end results. Edwin worked with us to find the best paint, even going out of his way to use a different line then they usually work with and testing it on the house before we committed to the product. Sylvia was our project manager and was very pleasant to work with even when we added on more repairs. Overall, we would work with Home Pros again - they had the best quote, had quick turn around and completed the job in a timely manner.
