Jason and his crew did an absolutely amazing job. We purchased a house and needed a lot of work done on a very short timeline. Jason assured me that he could get it done. Not only did they come in and get it done, but they exceeded my expectations. I would definitely consider it a light rehab. They deleted an archway overlooking the entry, deleted a door, deleted chair rails, repaired drywall, removed plantation shutters, replaced toilets, and painted the entire interior including trim. They went above and beyond in every way, offering advice when I couldn't quite make a decision on a color or the placement of things. Because Jason is also licensed in HVAC, he beat all bids and replaced my AC/Furnace. Katy Paint Pro was also the lowest bid of three bids that I had on the project. 100% Satisfied.

David and Jorge were extremely accommodating with my requests. They changed the color of some parts of the house that I did not like after seeing the work done. They also changed the wood that was bad around the garage doors and painted the deck at not extra cost. I was able to negotiate the price and the overall experience was very positive.
After the crew was gone, I saw some painting on the cover of my grill but Jason was willing to buy me a new one if the stains could not be removed. 100% customer centered. Today Jason brought me a new cover for my grill. This action spoke volumes about his 4 cores of credibility: integrity, intention, capabilities and results
