Precise Painting and Roofing LLC

I am extremely satisfied with the Precise Painting team. Their professionalism was evident from our first meeting. I received a fair transparent estimate with no hidden cost. The team painted my interior walls for the main living area and master bedrooms as well as the kitchen island and cabinets. Their work was exceptional and I will gladly hire them for my next paint project!

We chose Precise over other competitors for their professionalism, transparency, communication, attention to detail, and friendly staff. We had our exterior stucco repaired and painted, a complete roof replacement, and gutters installed. From start to finish, it was a quick and seamless process. Any time we reached out, we heard back within minutes. We really enjoyed the technology Precise offers that shows you what the finished project will look like. That, along with their expert ideas, helped us make decisions about the paint color and roof style. We never thought this process would actually be enjoyable, but Precise proved us wrong. It was a fun experience, and we couldn’t be happier with the final product! We would highly recommend Tyler and the Precise team to anyone looking to update their home.

We had the interior of our house painted by Precise painting and roofing. Tom went above and beyond our expectations with the painting, scheduling was easy, pricing was very reasonable. From the start Tom kept us updated of the progress with calls, texts, and photos. We would highly recommend Precise painting and roofing to anyone looking for great service.

Precise Painting painted my house April 2025 and did an amazing job! I gave them an image of my vision and they brought it to life. I specified the colors, the paint finish (i.e. satin, semi-gloss by color), requested all damaged trim be replaced, and they implemented everything as agreed to. Communication and timing were excellent. I submitted a request for a quote the morning of 31 March and Tom Cauchy replied not long after and coordinated a time to come by that afternoon. By 3:45 pm that day I had a quote. I waited for a quote from another company before deciding. They too came by but days later after coordinating. Both companies had very competitive offers and reputations, and with all things being equal, I went with Precise because they came in slightly lower on price. On Friday 4 Apr I accepted the final quote from Precise (after itemizing all the work requested), the next Monday they came out and completed the work in 3 days! I'm super happy with the work from Precise and I highly recommend them! Thanks Precise! Chris
