Saad is very nice and polite and he gave an exceptionally thorough painting service -he had every floor ,stairs and carpet surface covered up thoroughly prior to painting difficult ceilings/interior staircase hallway, wall trims, closet and bathroom doors as well as walls! He also shows videos before,during and after. I am so grateful a real estate agent referred me to him! We recently hired The Awesome Painting Services to repaint both the interior and exterior of our home here in Dr. Phillips, Florida, and I can confidently say they’re one of the most professional and reliable companies we’ve ever worked with. The owner came out personally to provide our estimate and took the time to walk through every space, discuss our goals, and help us choose color combinations that complemented the natural lighting and overall style of our home. Saad did a great job on painting our kitchen cabinets. We had them in brown oak since we bought this house. I wanted to refresh the kitchen look for a long time but couldn’t find a reliable painter. Saad stopped by the same day and gave in person estimate, didnt charge me for that. I was worried how we will live without being able to access the kitchen for too long, but Saad’s team worked quickly and completed the project in just 3 days. We also had access to the fridge the whole time. I liked this company and will use them in the future to paint my deck.

I am completely dissatisfied with the services I received. For starters, we were bait and switched on the pricing and this company did not finish the contracted job. In addition to the services we paid for for the interior of the home, this company was supposed to paint the outside of the home and do an accent wall inside neither of which was done. They informed us on very last day here that they would not be finishing the contract. This company started over a week late which pushed us back on our timeline quite a lot which caused a lot of issues towards the end with getting things lined up in time because they knew from the very beginning that we were moving and we were promised over and over that things would get done in time and they certainly did not. The owner showed up very late in the afternoon on most days and left quite early. There was no attention to detail, there are paint runs in all of the doors, there's paint missing on many of the doors, crown molding seams look terrible, baseboard cuts and caulking look terrible, they painted over blue tape on our walls, they got paint all over all of our outlets, they missed giant sections of paint above cabinets, there are sections of casing around the door frames that are destroyed that they never fixed, they got gray paint all over the white grout on the new backsplash in the master bathroom, filled a new toilet with drywall debris and tape, and many of the items that we blue taped for them to correct were not done. They also damaged our brand new refrigerator that had not even been turned on. I would absolutely not use this company again.

Additionally: owners response shows absolutely no sense of accountability, and providing my personal experience with this company is not "trying to ruin" someone's company. This is simply an accurate review of my experience, which im entitled to share. Owners lack of professionalism, customer service, and made up stories is astounding. Ultimately, when a business owner does not follow the timeline they agreed upon, they do not provide quality work, they bring a variety of workers into the home will also teaching one of them how to do casing which mind you looks terrible, and then turns around and tries to make it seem like they were rushed by someone else is very interesting to me. A service provider would not be rushed or try and use that as an excuse for their sloppy work had they stuck to the timeline they agreed upon when they were hired. The owner claims they have great work on other homes but unfortunately they did not bring that great work to mine and coming up with a million excuses to defend their poor work is simply inappropriate.
