I had first rate communication with CertaPro from start to finish. In the past, I have had terrible luck with a lot of contractors who don't respond to phone or email inquiries. Or they say that they will show up to give you a cost estimate. And then they don't. They don't even call to say that they aren't coming or provide an explanation. With CertaPro Knoxville, everything went smoothly. From the time that I first contacted CertaPro, until the time that the work was completed, communication was excellent. The paint was expertly applied and there was no mess left over at the end of the day. It was a low stress and very positive experience for me. I also like the fact that CertaPro uses two topcoats of high quality Sherwin-Williams paint on all surfaces. In the past, I have had arguments with painters who insisted that spraying one coat, followed immediately by backrolling in the paint, was considered "two coats". Hogwash. With CertaPro, I got all of the paints, primers, colors, and sheens applied in accordance with the sales contract. Awesome! I highly recommend CertaPro and I will not hesitate to use them again if (when) I have another painting project.

We had our 4 large custom columns sanded down to the metal and repainted. We also had the concrete front patio power washed and repainted a different color. The work was done in a timely fashion and we couldn’t be happier! We highly recommend CertaPro for any of your painting needs!

We’ve used CertaPro several times in the past and have always been very pleased. Most recently we had some carpentry work on our screened-in porch and a lot of interior painting that entailed some sheet rock replacement and repairs. We worked with Kimble to review and estimate the work and she has always been highly responsive. Our carpentry team was led by J.J.and David. Their crew did an excellent job. Our painting was led by William. He and his team did outstanding work. We also have some more carpentry and painting scheduled in the near future and expect to be just as satisfied with that work.
