I hired Mike last August for ceiling repair and painting our hall, living room, dining and kitchen. He did a wonderful job. Ceiling repair was great, His employees are very good and polite. Mike's Painting lives up to the 5 star reviews! I received a call back within 24 hours in which to schedule a site visit for exterior painting quote. The assessment was quick yet thorough, and quote/estimate was fair and competitive. Scheduling was reasonable, timeline reliable and all services were completed with high standards. The crew was courteous and left my property clean after each visit. What I appreciated most was the expert and professional opinion of paint color choices. After discussion, Mike showed up with two solid options that were later swatched on the house so I could make a confident decision. Additionally, my front door is uniquely hand-carved wood that needed to be resealed and not necessarily sanded and fully restained. Mike color matched the existing stain to perfection and Russ applied the sealant with extreme care and attention to detail. I could not be more pleased with the results of both the house paint and front door. I highly recommend this company for your painting needs.

We recently had our entire interior office painted and could not be happier with the results. We were working within a tight window and Mike made it happen without any issues.

His painting crew was friendly, professional, and respectful of our space throughout the entire project. Mike communicated clearly from start to finish and the color match was spot on. What was expected to be a three day project was completed in just two days, which was an awesome surprise.

The quality of work is excellent and the office looks incredible. We are so glad we chose this company and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high quality painting services. Thank you again for such a great experience.

I failed on an attempted do it yourself job trying to remove wallpaper that had been painted over with black paint. (super obvious before photo attached). But thankfully Mike has seen a thing or two and reassured me that they would be able to make the room beautiful again. They were able to get the room looking like it had never had any oopsies.

Matt did an awesome job with the paint once the drywall was fixed and texture was added to the other 3 walls to cover the painted wallpaper mess. Beautiful attention to detail and clearly cared very much about what he was doing. (I made Matt keep the wall plates off after his paint job so that I can get them all matching finishes. Apologies for pics before I reattached those)

Thank you guys so much. Definitely will be using Mikes Painting for the larger projects to come. Mike has been keeping my parents functional and their houses looking pristine since 1990 when they moved to Lakeland and they won't let anyone else touch their houses.

Our maintenance guy in the community even said, "oh I see you have Mikes Painting doing work, awesome guy. I wouldn't use anyone else." And he's a pretty tough to please guy who is from Polk county as well. :) Speaks volumes.
