We were looking to have the interior walls painted in our three storey townhouse. We were looking to two companies that were in the same price range, one of them being CertaPro. We went with CertaPro just due to their timely responses to questions and emails . Once they were in (there were some scheduling issues), they did a fantastic job! I would definitely use them again, but I would suggest ensuring to keep lines of communication open and clear, particularily around timelines and scope of work.
CertaPro painted our tower this year. They also re-did the caulking on all windows, door frames and expansion joints before the painting.The teams were focused on safety when working off the building, and took progress photos along the way for concrete repairs and areas which aren't very visible from the ground. Their attention to detail was appreciated by all residents.It was a great experience and I'm glad our strata council chose them to do the work.
