Received an estimate from one Mr. Sheldon. He was very courteous and thorough in his explanation of the process. I very much appreciate his level of professionalism. Thanks Riley!
I would like an email address where I can send my EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT in the paint job that was done at my house. I want this done in writing, not by phone. I am horrified by my experience....One star is too much.**Edited Response, 6-19-2024**Company replied to this review as if they cared. I sent them an email on 6-6-2024 and there has not been one response from them. I am appalled at the horrible painting/staining job that was done on my home. It looks as if kindergarteners "painted" my home. Not only do I have paint all over my deck, trim, light fixtures, walkways, plants, had paint dumped into my ivy, but they borrowed some of my things, including 2 long, outdoor extension cords that were taken and not returned. There are paint chips all over from not only scraping but my house immediately started chipping the day it was supposedly finished. I had to call them back to put my awning up. When I brought areas of the house to their attention, I was answered with irritation or simply poo-pooped. I'm seriously waiting for somebody to tell me that this entire thing is a joke! Each time it rains even more paint chips off the house. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I was duped and this company is a SHAM! These are only a FEW of the photos...11-20-26 **UPDATE**This is STILL the worst company I have ever dealt with. Totally unprofessional, do not want to take responsibility for it’s shoddy work and sending their minions to take care of said shoddy work have made things worse for me. I now have an awning with a hole in it that was ripped off my house because a worker leaned a ladder on it. I was told that the gentleman didn’t have the proper tools to reinstall it; it sits in my backyard with a hole in it. My Adirondack chairs were broken when awning fell. Trim work looks like a kindergartener painted it and I have paint chips all over. My address numbers were taken off my house and never put back up! I was told the second time around they sent a painter to “correct the issues” that my house would be put on hold because I am just warranty work. The house was never done properly in the first place! I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. Horrid place to deal with. Updated pics are added of my “finished” home.
Liz and her team did a great job re-staining our cedar Michigan room. Very thorough in planning, power wash, masking, application, and cleanup. Would definitely use again.
The house received a thorough power wash and prep before the painters started. The finished product was just what we expected, and Tyler and the crew cleaned up well each day on the job. I would highly recommend, especially given the solid warranty that most painting services don’t offer.
Paint job was “okay,” but pretty abysmal for the high price. They got paint on many of our other surfaces (door mat, cords, boxes, etc.).When the “manager” came to test the paint, he was THREE hours late (and did not update on an ETA even when asked) and then spent our appointment complaining about the previous clients holding him up, as if that was our fault. I should have known then and tried to get our deposit back. It’s been a month since the job, and we have had the money waiting but never heard from him. Then when our rep finally reached out with the payment info, he called us FIVE times (within 10 minutes) in the middle of the workday, as if we were the ones refusing to pay or something. There had been zero contact since the paint job several weeks ago. Then? He sends us a link and tells us the job is listed under our neighbor’s address instead of ours and wants us to just pay it anyway, despite it being the wrong house.Photos show how every surface got painted, especially surfaces that shouldn’t have been (like the brick, gutters, and wires). They couldn’t even be bothered to slide the welcome mat out of the way and instead painted half of it white.Edit: Nice to see the owners have "no record" of my account after I already paid them several thousand dollars. Great business. Yikes.
