The painters were great! Showed up on time, worked efficiently, and had a great attention to detail. Jose Cornejo and Jesus did excellent work and made my new home really feel like home.
Brush Brothers painted the entire exterior of our home and restrained the accent wood beams. We could not be happier with how it turned out! Jose and Alejandro worked very hard every day and did beautiful work!
I cannot say enough great things about the painters at Brush Brothers. They were professional, on time every day and did a great job with our painting. I would 100% recommend them!
Brush Brothers is fantastic! Julio has completed several projects for us, and his professionalism and expertise are exceptional. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would “highly recommend” him to anyone. I’ll definitely be requesting his services again in the future.
In July of 2001, Brush Brothers performed about $5800 worth of exterior painting on my home in Eden. I thought at the time that the company did a good job. So, I hired them again in May of 2023 to do some more exterior painting (~$1800 worth), which they finished in June of 2023.On the first day of their work this month (6/2023), I sent photos of one of my garage overhead doors to them. Some of the paint on the bottom panel had come off, after less than two years. Mark told me “it isn’t something that falls under the warranty. We can fix it but it will just be charged under that same hourly rate as the section we are doing.” I clearly explained to him that I don’t use salt on my driveway and nothing has ever touched the door, all to no avail.Near the end of the second project, one of the two painters broke one of the gable windows. See the provided photo. The painters also poorly caulked one of the inside corners of the same gable. See the provided photo. After I sent them to Brush Brothers on 6/19/23, they simply said, “Thank you for those – we will definately [sic] use these for training.” No apology. No commitment to fix the mistakes. No offer to lower the bill.Brush Brothers tried to charge me more labor hours than the company employees actually worked. This is typical of unscrupulous companies when billing for T&M. See the final correspondence between me and Michelle Hall, the office manager. I have a watch; can tell time; and can use Google Maps. Her “older vans”-based argument and arrival times are specious. That a company vehicle arrives at 7:53 A.M. does not mean work began then. Hello? Isn’t this obvious? When painters get out of their seats and begin working, the clock begins, not when they arrive. #smhBrush Brothers entitlement attitude is, sadly, typical of this proud, debauched period of human history. “We didn’t do a good job? Oh well, ya still gotta pay what we say ya owe ‘cause we’re the company and you’re just the customer.”I’ll not employ Brush Brothers again and will tell everyone we know to avoid them.
