Four months ago, we had a pipe leak, starting us down the rabbit hole of repairs and renovations. We've had a repair company (for demo and flooring), cabinet company, countertop company, backsplash handyman, and Lumos painting. Of all the contractors we worked with, Lumos was the most seamless with the best communication. The painting was high quality. Miguel was great to work with our busy household including 4 little kids. Arthur was very straightforward when he gave us our bid, so there were no surprises. They did our baseboards, trim, walls, ceilings, pantry and closets. We are thrilled with the results.

I got some bids, after I checked the BBB of Utah, as, I won't be taken again. I had new floors installed into my bedrooms last year, and the installed nail back the same floor boards of course. You know as well as I flooring people do not care, as I had a couple of pieces break when they nailed it back to the wall. You cannot find this type of boards anymore, so Authur and I discussed it and scheduled for him and his manager to complete this task. They did an very great job, as they are very articulate. They made every one look like new. They put everything back, but not up against as the paint needs to dry. Very easy going and curtious, but very respectful to my home not like some I have experienced in the past. They cleaned up any mess, which is a bonus. I am hiring them to paint the exterior of my home come Spring, and will be looking at repainting my kitchen. Quality work is hard to come by.

We love the results and they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were very patient and informative when we had to make decisions and took great care to make sure every detail was done to our satisfaction.
