We were very happy with the product and the sub contractors and painters. We did not work well with the project manager and the communication was volatile (we wouldn’t hear anything for a few weeks, then he’d demand payment within a few hours of finishing before I got home from work).We’d hire them again, but with a different project manager.
Looking for a Great Painter?I reached out to a good friend in the commercial/residential contracting business within the Kansas City area while looking for a good painter, as we are new to the area. He recommended calling his man Chase with Major Painting and mostly because his companies work was always extremely good and done right the fist time, to name a few reasons. We reached out to Chase and he came by for a free estimate.We ended up painting the entire inside of our 2 year old home, to lose the "Flat paint" and get something more "Kid Friendlier". The Major Painting Crew that came to our home were extremely professional and took time to prepare areas and ensure they didn't leave any mess. They even covered furniture and flooring all while wearing shoe covers as well. He left a foreman in charge named Uriel who I cannot say enough good stuff about as he made us feel like we were in good hands the entire time. This guy Uriel went above and beyond representing himself and his company, I assure you!The end result is High Quality work with a great attention to detail and cut lines so perfect, as if it were a first paint job in the home. I never thought a paint job could look so SEXY! We definitely recommend Major Painting, if you're looking for a company who is going to come into your home and treat it as if were their own.It took them only 3 days to a full 2 story home. If we did this ourselves, "and we thought hard about it", we knew it would take us months and we wouldn't have been walking through the house on stilts or had ladders tall enough to reach certain areas therefore we would have taken quite a few shortcuts I am certain... The end result was a safer solution as well for all of us. #GETCHASUM
Major Painting has completed many projects for us through the years. They may not be the cheapest, but they use the best paint, are extremely professional and make sure the job is done right the first time. Their attention to detail is unmatched and they seem to paint every house as if they are painting them for a beloved family member. I cannot recommend any company more highly. Professional from start to finish! Chase was very professional when i met him to quote the job and in all his interactions with me thereafter, and wanted to make sure i was pleased with the work completed. We added corbels to our exterior which the Major Painting carpenters installed for us. Alex and Vincent did an excellent job prepping the exterior thoroughly before painting. They were very reliable and personable arriving each morning on time. Highly impressed with their attention to detail, quality work and professional appearance and interactions.
