Utah House Painting

My regular contractor injured his hand. I was left to paint my master bedroom myself. It has 15 different surfaces and different heights ranging from 9’-12’, and an angled ceiling, so requiring a lot of ladder adjusting. Not sure what clown designed the room. Justin came in and got it done in good time and for a good price. He was there right on time. I really appreciate his reliability and professionalism. I recommend their service!

We recently hired Justin and his team at Utah House Painting to tackle our challenging 2-story home built in 1913, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Our walls were a nightmare—volleyball-sized holes, terrible previous patch jobs that needed endless sanding, crumbling lath and plaster, and closets so dirty you’d never believe they were housed indoors. Plus, every wall was slightly out of plumb. Somehow, Justin selected the perfect finish and made everything look brand new, smoothing out imperfections and giving our 100+ year old house back its dignity. What really set them apart was their flexibility and professionalism. They seamlessly worked around our schedule as we ordered and installed new baseboards (which they expertly caulked and taught us how to do it too). When our electrician kept cutting new holes during a complete rewiring of the house, Justin’s crew did a fantastic job filling, sanding, and painted them. (See pictures for what I put these guys through) They even accommodated the hardwood flooring install upstairs, timing their work so nothing ever overlapped. Every single day they arrived on time, worked tirelessly, and left the house spotless—no stray paint drips, no dusty footprints, no mess left behind.
