Ultra Painting of Madison

We are so impressed with Ultra Painting. Their communication from start to finish is excellent. We did not have to wait a long time to hear back from our initial inquiry for seeking an appointment for a quote. Martha was on top of it and went over the process and explained things well. The initial meeting with Ed was thorough and quick to respond to additional questions we sent him after. Jake was really good at letting us know the timing at which the project will happen and keeping us updated leading up to the project that things were still on time. Sergio and his team did a great job and were responsive on small touch up points we wanted. We are thrilled with how the project turned out!

Lovely crew came out on time and did a great job.correcting ceiling seams as well as some shotty work done by a prior company. They were quiet and worked well within our busy home. Laundry room is fresh and ceilings are bright and flawless. Ed and Jake helped with all the planning and were really good at communicating, especially when I made some changes along the way. Thank you to Luis and his team that were on site that day making sure that everything was in order before they checked out. Would definitely hire Ultra painting again.

We hired Ultra Painting to paint our large living room, formal dining room, hallways, and the stairwell going down the staircase. While the initial work did not meet expectations, what truly impressed me was how Ultra Painting handled it. Jake (the project manager) called the next morning to check in, and when I shared my concerns he came over within minutes to see everything in person. After inspecting the job, he agreed it was not up to their standards and immediately asked what he needed to do to make it right. When I asked what he would do if it were his own home, he said he would repaint it, and he followed through. Jake had a more seasoned crew out the same day. Their prep and attention to detail were outstanding, including caulking the trim and being thorough and careful throughout the job. They returned the next day and completed the painting, and the final result looks fantastic. I usually do my own painting, so this was the first time I’ve hired a company. I went from feeling disappointed that I didn’t do it myself to being genuinely very satisfied with my decision. Mistakes can happen on any project, but responsiveness, accountability, and follow-through are what matter. Jake and the team delivered. I would absolutely recommend Ultra Painting.

Ultra Painting did an excellent job with refinishing our kitchen cupboards and painting the walls!! When they did the initial walk through, they gave us ideas on the paint. The proposal was submitted very quickly. They worked with us on what start date would be best for us and met the end date, right on time! Jake, our project manager, was outstanding. He updated me on the status of the kitchen. He did this daily, and at times twice a day. His team did a great job painting the cupboards and walls. They were neat and kept the kitchen clean. I was so impressed with the team! I will use Ultra Painting for all of our work, and I highly recommend them to you!!
