Avoid. What was supposed to be a 2-3 day job dragged out for over a month after a second, more experienced, team needed to be brought in to correct the very problematic work of the first team. The second team was great, and very professional, but I still have paint streaks on the ceiling, steaks around trim, paint on cabinets, and ‘bubbles’ from incomplete prep work. Finally signed off on work that was “good enough” because I needed to get my house back and get my family settled. Really disappointing. The only reason for giving 2 stars was their attempt to bring in a second team to rectify the issues, but having the job go on for as long as it did was costly to me and inconvenient. Either avoid, or ask a LOT of questions about the experience of their team (or the team they subcontract) and expect more than the usual amount of touch-up work. Follow up after the company’s response: Nice try, but no. The representative from your company that originally came to my home to give the quote assured me that your company was used to dealing with other teams working on site and that it wouldn’t impact the quality of work. That was the same rep that assured me your workers would be experienced, would be covering all surfaces and taping when needed, and that there would be job supervisor who would be responsive throughout the whole process. None of that was true. Your original team left paint on the mantel, the windows, the ceiling, and the kitchen cabinets. The ‘supervisor’ was not responsive, and after installing ‘daylight’ lightbulbs in the stairwell, we could clearly see patches on the wall indicating that a second coat was never applied. If your company messed up, just own it. A refund would be amazing.

We recently hired ProRise Painting for a condo project, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and extremely detail-oriented. The quality of their work is outstanding. The walls look flawless, the lines are crisp, and the finish completely transformed the space. They were punctual every day, kept the workspace clean, and completed the job right on schedule. Communication was excellent throughout, and they were very accommodating with any small adjustments we requested. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for skilled, trustworthy painters. We will definitely be using them again for future projects!

A great experience from start to finish. I got three quotes and Prorise had the most reasonable price and made really great suggestions to help me keep the cost down. The painting foreman was very accommodating - working around my constraints to arrange access and was very responsive throughout the job. Lastly the end result was amazing. My walls and doors needed a lot of prep, they filled the holes and did minor patches and the end result transformed the place. Thanks again!

The entire process with ProRise was amazing. The project planning and sales process with Aofie, Alvin and colour consultant Emilija was low pressure. We always felt they wanted the best for us by determining what we needed and offering their expertise to assist us to get to the best outcome. When the crew arrived, Jafar, Aziz, Dana and Amir were so professional, polite and we felt that they wanted to do the best job possible for us. Their communication, between themselves and with us was very good. The team was incredibly intelligent in the staging and workflow to optimize efficiency. It was wonderful to observe. There are always questions back and forth and items to be discussed and clarified. These were managed extremely well by Jafar making the end product better due to his knowledge, experience and ability to communicate. Some of the trim had deteriorated over the years and repairs were needed; the carpenter team of Paco and Rene removed the rotted boards and installed new ones efficiently and seamlessly. ProRise did a great job painting our house. They are very meticulous and went above and beyond with their work. They helped us out by putting in exterior lights that needed replacing that were difficult for us to access. We plan on replacing two wooden steps at the back of the house so they weren't on the job order, but they painted them anyway so the house looked finished. I definitely recommend them!
