Highly recommend this company, the price was fair , project management excellent, office was good . Communication was great . The painters were prompt, and did excellent job on repairs and painting. Friendly and professional! We will use this company again on our next project!

Amazing work from start to finish. They went above and beyond what was expected. Extremely professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. They stained, replaced, and pressure washed the pickets on my pergola, including the gates and shed, and the results were outstanding. Everything looks brand new, and my entire backyard was completely transformed. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend.

Overall, our experience with Bravo was good. As far as the work goes, Jose did an amazing job at staining our fence. It came out exactly as we imagined, the stain was applied evenly, and there was no overspray anywhere on the house. We went with SW Spice Chest for reference. The reason I did not give 5 stars was because of an incident the day of staining. I spoke with our project manager over the phone and over email when planning for the job and I mentioned multiple times that I wanted an oil-based stain (and paid extra for it). When Jose arrived, he was not notified of this and that resulted in him having the wrong type. Mistakes happen, however we both tried to contact my project manager and we were met with no reply. Even after we got in contact with someone at the office, my project manager was still no where to be found. Jose went above and beyond to resolve this. He went to the nearest Sherwin Williams to get the correct stain and came back later in the day to got the job done! Even as of now (3 days after the job), my project manager still has not returned my call nor explained what went wrong. Overall, I would go with Bravo again as the work came out spectacular and setting up the appointment was very straightforward.
