Dixon Painting - The Helpful Painters

Sales Assessment: Todd the sales rep was very knowledgeable about paint and took the time to explain the type of paint to be used, (unlike the other painting companies) his expertise in this area was a big deciding factor in choosing Dixon Paint.

Paint Scheduling: The day chosen to start the job was rainy and I received timely communication that the work would begin the next day per weather.

Paint Execution: The crew turned up on time as scheduled and went about power-washing. I did a quick intro. It would have been good to have someone do a walkthrough first. I did request this and Todd came and did this. Very responsive. I was surprised at the speed of which the painting was done, the entire work was done in 2 days. At the end of day 1, I did a walk through and found some areas that were overlooked which I communicated via text to Dixon. Again, Todd showed up the next day and together we reviewed each item, along with the painting team supervisor. Some obscure areas were not caulked, some sanding of rough wood needed. These were mostly small items but again, the net effect would be an unprofessional finish, and they followed through and addressed all items to my satisfaction. 5 stars here.

Customer Service: Both Francisco, the painting crew supervisor and Todd were very responsive to my requests and went out of the way to make small enhancements. The crew cleaned up after themselves well at the end of each day. They came on time and was completely dedicated to my project (no multiple painting projects being worked by the crew like some other companies do).

Overall I am very pleased with the results and the professional dedication exhibited by the entire crew. Great job Todd and Francisco.

Had a great experience working with Dixon Painting. They removed wallpaper and completed the painting in under a day—fast with high-quality work. The crew was professional and did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, from the quick and easy quote with Paul Patzer to seamless scheduling/communication with Marion Hernandez. We were able to get everything done in under a week and couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be using Dixon Painting again for future projects!

8,000 sq. ft interior painted in 8 days! Ian was fabulous with great communication, fair pricing, and flexibility with my adjustments. Marvin and his team are the "A Team." They took great care of my furnishings, are very hard-working, and Marvin was quick to adapt to the idiosyncrasies of my house and to things I may not have communicated clearly the first time. Dixon has done a great job painting my exterior twice in the past years. I keep coming back for the fair pricing and professionalism.

Dixon Painting did an awesome job staining our decks. Paul did a great job as our estimator/project manager and Marion did an excellent job with scheduling. She was even able to get it done sooner than originally scheduled. The communication from beginning to end was incredible. The gentlemen that did the work also did an incredible job. They were on time and did a fantastic job. Very pleased and we definitely recommend Dixon Painting and will use them again.

We had a great experience with Paul and the whole team at Dixon Painting. They were very clear on communications and tracking my requests. Marvin and the team on the ground was hard working and very attentive to my requests for followup. The quality of the work was excellent, and their bid was one of the most competitive. I love working with Dixon Painting. This is the third time I’ve used them. This time, they first replaced the siding on the back of the house and then did a beautiful job painting the exterior. Nathan has been our Sales Rep for the last two times. He is a really nice guy and great to work with. He was attentive to all aspects of the job, showing up occasionally to check on the progress as well as always being available if we had questions. Joseph was our site manager. He too, was on top of everything from the removal of the old siding and replacing it with Hardiplank, to inspecting the painting and checking with the crew. The various crews were hardworking, and cleaned up completely when they were done. I have no hesitation recommending Dixon Painting to do all your home & deck painting needs. Next, we plan to have them do the interior of our home.
