Jaziel—provided excellent communication from start to finish! He was able to set up the quoting appointment quickly and get the ball rolling on the whole project fast!! He was very knowledgeable when discussing my options, everything from minor wall patches to paint colors suggested and needed. I appreciated that he actually listened to what I was looking for project and price wise. His crew lead Mario and his team did an outstanding job with the actual painting service I was highly pleased and definitely would recommend their services to anyone looking! He was very thorough and the house interior paint has never looked better!

We recently had the entire exterior of our house caulked and painted along with replacement of some rotted trim boards. We decided to go with CertaPro and are thankful that we did! From start to finish, we were very pleased with everyone that we interfaced with! Krista did a great job up front with the initial quote and was great help with the paint color and quality choices. The paint crew was very courteous and friendly… They took great care when doing the work. The end result is outstanding. We love our “new house!” Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience working with CertaPro Painters. The initial walkthrough and estimate process was very thorough, and the attention to detail was superb. The crew who completed the work was communicative, professional, efficient, and worked with us to prioritize the work being done in various rooms, on a schedule that would allow us to continue living our lives at home uninterrupted, as much as possible! We had our master bedroom and our upstairs bonus room/office painted and they were able to complete the entire master bedroom on Day 1, clearing out all the prep/mess by the time they left that day, so we could still sleep in our bedroom that night. We found a few items that need touch ups before the crew left, and each item was received and handled with total professionalism and a quick fix, no questions asked. We would absolutely recommend CertaPro to a friend!

????? If I could give ZERO stars, I would!

This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing contractor experiences I’ve ever had. What should have been a simple one-day job turned into a stressful, three-day disaster—and now I’m left with an unfinished project and gaping openings in my garage.

From the start, CertaPro caused chaos with last-minute schedule changes, throwing off multiple other contractors I had lined up after their anticipated completion. Workers consistently showed up late, took extended lunches, and were clearly unsupervised. A job that should have been completed by a crew in one day dragged into day three with just one or two workers on-site at any time.

Communication was a nightmare. The painters spoke little or no English, requiring me to constantly use a translator app just to be understood. I’m still not sure they fully grasped what I was asking for. When I raised concerns, I got no clear answers or resolution.

Quality control was nonexistent. I now have serious doubts that important tasks—like ceiling repairs, priming of shelves, and use of exterior paint—were ever done correctly as outlined in the project scope. In one instance, they wrapped a chest freezer in plastic, completely blocking its ventilation, even though they then told me they weren’t painting that day—just prepping.

The worst issue was the incompetent carpentry work. They were supposed to replace water-damaged boards. The first attempt was sloppy and structurally wrong, and even after redoing it, they still left it in a state that will likely cause worse water damage than before. That was when I had to step in and stop the job entirely. I immediately reached out to CertaPro’s management and owner, but they were completely unresponsive—no return call that day, and no follow-up even on the next business day.

To make matters worse, it has become clear that CertaPro is not a painting company in the traditional sense—they’re more like a marketing front that subs out all the work. The people doing the job didn’t appear to be actual employees, and I have no way of knowing whether they were even properly vetted or qualified.

Now I’m left with an incomplete job, a mess of unresolved issues, and zero accountability from the company that sold me on their so-called professionalism. Avoid this company at all costs!
