I have used Performance Painting (and Roofing) for several years. They helped with our gutters twice (lower level and upper level), roof repairs and a new door. Always very prompt to respond to service request, fully explain quote and work they recommend, are on time and check up during and after the work is completed. Clean up fully from the work and complete it with quality products. They provide free quote and use drones to fully see roof area for assessments. I feel very comfortable calling them for all my painting and roofing needs and will continue to work with them in the future.
We chose performance painting to do our half bath remodel and laundry room update based on highly rated reviews online and we couldn’t be happier! We had major water damage from a faulty nut on a water supply line to a toilet and needed major repairs in the bathroom, office and guestroom (plus 2 closets). We called Performance Painting for an estimate and Josh Miller came in and put us at ease. Performance provided the necessary repairs along with a new walk in shower with glass door, exhaust fan, new vanity, tile shower and tile floors, repaired drywall, replaced base molding and studs, painting, new lighting and plumbing.He and his team of craftsman were so easy to work with. Not only were they great at tile work (shower and floor), painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, they were friendly, pleasant and communicated throughout the project. Josh had great ideas and helpful in where to find fixtures, etc. We enjoyed the process (that can be extremely stressful) so much, that we've gotten 2 additional quotes from Performance for work in other rooms.We highly recommend Josh Miller and the Performance Painting team!
Great experience overall with Performance Painting on our multiple projects. I chose them primarily because they’re on "The Good Contractors List", and the on-site workmanship absolutely backed up that reputation. Across all phases that required crews on-site, the results ranged from very good to excellent. Everyone we interacted with was professional, and the subcontractors involved delivered strong work.The only downside was timeline. The original estimate was a 5-week completion, but the project ultimately took more than double that. With multiple subcontractors involved, coordination and schedule communication could have been tighter and more proactive.That said, I would absolutely use them again - and I already have. I’ve signed a new contract with Performance Painting for additional work, which should speak for itself about the quality of the end result and the overall experience.Even with the extended timeline, the quality of the final product was excellent, and I’d recommend Performance Painting -especially if quality is your top priority. If you hire them, I’d just suggest getting a clear schedule plan up front and regular progress updates along the way.
We used performance painting for a fairly extensive project that included rebuilding a chimney, exterior fascia board repairs, exterior painting, interior painting & sheet rock repair, replacing flooring in 3 bedrooms, as well as new solid surface quartz counters, sink & fixture replacement in our kitchen and the results were fantastic. Troy Schrah oversaw our project and did a great job. Highly recommend!
