Highly recommend Dan. He did an amazing job and his price was very reasonable! Quick back story: purchased a condo for our daughter to live while attending school and did not appreciate the damage to walls until the previous owners left and we were moving her in. No amount of scrubbing would clean those walls. Dan met with us and we came up with a plan that worked and I felt very comfortable heading back home leaving everything in his hands. Dan worked well with our daughter keeping her in the loop with everything.
