Michael Grant Painting LLC

About Michael Grant I had 3 estimates on the just the front of our 2 buildings. Just because we in Bay Harbor every estimate is based on idea that we have deep pockets. Not Mr. Grant he came in with the price from the other 2. His work was excellent front of both buildings look incredible. Personal note he is a straight foward truthful give him a chance you will not regret.

Michael Grant and Aaron did an outstanding job painting our apartment in Miami. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and incredibly detail-oriented. They showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. Their work completely transformed the space — the finish is flawless and the attention to detail really shows. They were also very respectful of our home, clean, efficient, and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for skilled painters who truly take pride in their work. Thanks Michael!

Outstanding Work – Highly Recommend Michael Grant Painting Michael Grant Painting did an absolutely amazing job painting my home at 14781 S River Drive in Miami in preparation for sale. The quality of their work, attention to detail, and professionalism exceeded my expectations. They were punctual, respectful of the property, and extremely thorough. The finish looks flawless and truly elevated the entire home’s appearance, which is critical when preparing a house for the market. Several people have already commented on how great the paint looks. Communication was excellent throughout the process, pricing was fair, and the job was completed on schedule. It’s rare to find contractors who take this much pride in their work. I highly recommend Michael Grant Painting to anyone looking for top-quality residential and commercial painting. I would absolutely use them again.

Michael and his team just finished painting my commercial building that I am the property manager for and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outcome! I received three estimates and Michaels wasn’t the cheapest but for the value of his work it’s well worth the price…he communicated from start to finish every step of the project. I will definitely be using his company again for another property I manage. I’ve searched painters in Miami for a while now and I’m so glad I came across your company.

My husband and I have come off two years of a nightmare experience with a contractor which has left us with an unfinished renovation, wasted funds and so much aggravation. Working with Michael has been a breath of fresh air. After our experience I vowed to work with only local Miami Shores contractors. Michael is kind, fair, accommodating and really easy to work with. He did an excellent job for us and we are very happy and look forward to working with him on the interior of our home too. The before photo of the house is deceiving. It is from the original listing for the home. What Michael had to work with was a lot worse and he did a GREAT job.
