We honestly couldn't be happier with Lakeshore Painting Co. From the start, Gian was quick to respond to our questions and had open communication throughout the whole process. Gian stopped by after we requested a quote, did a detailed walkthrough, and delivered a quote then and there. During the painting process, Gian stopped by every day to check in and answer any of our questions. He's understanding and kind and we couldn't have asked for a better experience working with him.
Dani was our expert painter. As soon as he entered our house, he started working. We were so impressed with his work ethic and skill. After painting the upstairs ourselves, we appreciated Dani's talent and attention to detail all the more. We live in an old house and there are a lot of crooked lines, but Dani painted them seamlessly and was able to keep everything even and neat. Lakeshore Painting does wall repair as well- we had a large crack in our plaster wall and Dani fixed it up perfectly. Truly incredible.
We LOVE the work they did and how homey our place feels. We're thinking about doing the exterior of our home once it gets warmer and will definitely be using Lakeshore Painting for that project too. I highly recommend them!

I am extremely happy that I contacted Lakeshore painting. Giancarlo was great to work with. He was very professional at discussing your needs and explaining the process and the paint being used. Gian did a pre and post walk thru to make sure I understood what they were going to do and that I was happy with the final results. His grew was great they were on time and worked hard. They did a fantastic job in washing the house and taping off the doors and windows. Besides the great price he has a three year warranty. I would highly recommend giving him a call.

Giancarlo and his team were professional from start to finish. Original estimates were fully detailed so we had full confidence in the scope of work to be performed. The drywall/plaster repairs were completed seamlessly . Work/ change orders were fully communicated and agreed on timing and costs. Indoor painting of walls, ceilings,baseboards, doors and registers completed. Exterior included painting of metal railings, concrete, doors and shutters completed. The crew was timely in starting early and putting in a full days work. Lakeshore Painting pricing was very fair and competitive. The home looked so nice that it sold in 1 Day. Don’t hesitate to hire Lakeshore.
