They were very particular about cleanliness and all their prep work was aboveboard. The receptionist who initially received my call was polite and informative. She arranged for an appointment with a sales representative named Joe Kelly. Joe demonstrated professionalism, offered valuable insights on the concrete coating, and possessed excellent communication skills. He visited my residence to provide an estimate on Friday and was able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday. I was particularly pleased with their availability, as I was in the process of relocating to a new home and sought to expedite the project. On Monday, the concrete crew arrived punctually, introduced themselves—Jose, Cody, and Alan—and provided me with an estimated timeframe for the concrete coating process. They exhibited a high level of professionalism and friendliness and, most importantly, demonstrated exceptional attention to detail.
