Our realtor recommended Lee and his crew at Pelican Painting, and we are glad she did! We had all interior closets, ceilings, walls and baseboard trim painted by Pelican Painting and they did an awesome job! Their top notch, totally professional preparation, combined with second-to-none painting, resulted in a final finish that is stunning. Our own daughter, who originally picked the home for us, couldn't believe it was the same house! We calculated over 180 labor-hours were used to prepare and paint, and there was no way we had that kind of time. Sure, you can find contractors who will do the job cheaper, but always remember that you get exactly what you pay for in life. And, yes, we did ask for an Estimate to paint the exterior and plan on using Pelican Painting for that massive job, too, once the rains let up and the weather gets a bit more amenable. My neighbors heard us rave about Lee's work, saw the finished product, then contracted with Lee's crew for their painting needs. Their home sold as a FSBO in hours! We love the finishing touches that Pelican Paint put on our Lowcountry home and you will, too!

Although the job took two days, the painters did a great job in prepping the walls and painting. They showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards. Lee has good instincts in what paint finish would look good and what would look better. Overall, we would highly recommend Pelican Painting for your next paint job.

But having been raised to always get 3 bids, I did.
Thankfully Lee was able to work with us on pricing and am I glad we went with him and his great and respectful team. Upfront Lee walked the job with me and pointed out things I hadn’t even noticed and things he wanted to do that were well beyond what was asked of him.

It’s this attention to detail and follow through that make working
with him a true pleasure.
