Terry was wonderful, the job they did to my 130-year-old house was great. They were on time each day, the did the work in the time they told me it would take and the job is done so well. I'm thrilled and frankly it turned out so much better than expected. I WILL use them again for other projects!
I recently hired Terry and his team for a full exterior refresh and full color change, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. My neighbors couldn't be more pleased, too, so many compliments!They painted my aluminum siding, basement Bilco door, concrete foundation and steps, front iron rails, garage door, back step wooden handrail, and the plastic window shutters. They also power washed everything, making sure the prep was solid before getting started.From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Terry was punctual, considerate, and always texted when they arrived or wrapping up. As a woman, the treatment I get really ranges when I get quotes for home repair etc., I don't often divulge my extensive experience, including paid work in the painting industry when I was younger. I really appreciated Terry's approach and he communicated with complete transparency. He won me over immediately with his honesty and genuine care for the project.His quote was fair and exactly in line with what I expected. I had Terry's quote before the two other painters I had over, but honestly, they didn’t make the same impression, so I didn’t even bother waiting. I wanted to get on Terry's schedule, and I couldn’t be happier with that decision.The workmanship is excellent, the process was smooth, and I can confidently say I’ll be calling Terry again for any future projects. Fully satisfied with this business! They came out swiftly to provide a quote for both inside and outside jobs. Price was reasonable and they were punctual, clean, attended to detail and friendly. They easily matched a paint color on my wall which was impressive. In and out in one day (fixed two water stained ceilings including some dry wall and outside trim work). Will surely call on them in the future for my painting needs. Thanks again!
I had this company paint the exterior of my house several years ago, and they did an excellent job, so I thought the interior would be the same. However, the job was sloppy, rushed, and just overall poor quality . It has been only a month since it was painted, and the trim and walls are chipping. The trim should have been primed and was not. I voiced this concern prior to them painting and specifically asked the son Terri if this would happen as it had been an issue prior and he said no. The walls are also chipping. Our house is clean and neat, and this shouldn’t happen just from everyday living! I think the preparation for painting was just rushed … no primer/ sanding/ or filling imperfections in the walls prior to painting . Additionally, we had new doors put in prior to them painting and there are drip marks and paint streaks everywhere. They also were too lazy to remove the hardware so they got paint all in the screws and brand new hardware. Also, they rehung a decoration, made new holes and left the old holes (thinking I wouldn’t notice because it’s high up above my staircase) . I had to contact them regarding that which was prior to the chipping of the paint, and they came in fixed the holes and slapped on paint in 5 minutes. The lack of pride, care, and enthusiasm in their work is clearly lacking. I contacted the owner again regarding the chipped trim and did not receive a response. We spent a ton of money to have the paint not hold up and look this awful. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !! I’ll attach some photos.
