NT Home Painting

I had learned about NT Home Concepts, owned by Nick Tapia, from my neighborhood Facebook group. When I first I called him, he came within 15 minutes, took a look around, and shortly gave me his estimate. We had obtained a total of three estimates, and Nick’s came out to be the most reasonable for what we wanted to accomplish, which was a full exterior paint job on a cedar wood home and deck. I found Nick to be knowledgeable about his business. There were 4 guys in his crew and they rotated on the job, coming on non-rainy days to paint and staying from about 9-4, even on weekends since he asked me if they could. The guys were respectful, quiet, and diligent. Nick was pleasant to deal with and was very responsive to my texts when I had questions. He appears to be super organized and his notes and contract reflected this. Be sure that all you want done is written into the contract. All in all, I recommend Nick Tapia and NT Home Concepts!

I recently hired Nick to open up my living room by removing a divider wall, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. Nick and his team were punctual, courteous, and highly skilled. They took the time to understand my vision and provided valuable suggestions to enhance the space. The work was completed on schedule, and the quality of craftsmanship was outstanding. The transformation of my living room is remarkable. The space feels much larger and more inviting, exactly as I had hoped. Nick ensured that everything was done to code and left the area clean and tidy. I highly recommend Nick for any home renovation projects. Their attention to detail, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable.

HIGHLY recommend using NT Home Painting!!

I hired NT Home Concepts for my popcorn ceiling work last month. I am impressed with the outcome and now my ceiling is smooth, even and looks so amazing. They were careful and I was informed through the whole process even though I was not on-site. Sharing some before and after pics. Nick was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I highly recommend to anyone and would definitely hire his team again for any renovating work that I may need in the future. Thank you!!

I highly recommend NT Home Concepts Inc. I don't have a lot of money. But I wanted to give my home some curb appeal on a budget. I got in contact with this company and they were amazing. I spoke with Nick several times and he made sure that every detail was perfect. He accomodated my work schedule and gave me a great price that I could afford. I had the pleasure of having Luis resurface the 30!year old concrete sidewalk in the front of my home.Luis did a phenomenal job giving great attention to every detail until it was perfect. He didn't notice that I watch him through my window. He would pour the cement level it and step back and observe to make sure it was just perfect and he did that the entire project. I would be happy to use this company again for future projects and recommend them to my family and friends. Please see before and after photos I provided.
