I had a fabulous experience with Paint Works! I live in a prewar apartment and the kitchen had not been redone for 2 decades and looked it. The trim, ceiling and floorboards were cracked and discolored and cabinetry was faded and nicked and really run down. From the beginning Marc was extremely professional, polite and responsive. He came to access the kitchen and didn't rush me even when I bombarded him with questions about sheen, paint colors, hardware and time frame. My co-op building has strict rules and requires a COI and limits work hours and Marc's team provided everything needed and were super punctual and respectful. They also took a great deal of care to protect the kitchen floorboards and wallpaper and all the bookcases in the library/den room which connects to it. Jasmyn who headed the team was AMAZING! She was extremely well organized and meticulous. She was also a pleasure to have in my home and always made sure I could have access to the kitchen if I needed something. Brad was also professional and accommodating and Carlos did a spectacular job repairing and repainting all the cabinets. I don't always write long reviews but I was honestly so impressed with everyone at Paint Works. My kitchen is stunning and could be featured in Architectural Digest right now. I will definitely use Paint Works for any other painting projects in the future.
