BuiltPro Painting

I contracted this month with Builtpro Painting to accomplish the painting of the interior of my home. The Owner Tim Meyer (himself a prior painter - a fact I wanted to mention here as it was one of my deciding factors to select them for the project) came over to review the project and I walked him through my home, telling him my general color choices and pointing out several issues of cracking and other miscellaneous issues that would need repair prior to painting. Tim took notes and several photos of the rooms and advised he would provide a detailed quote within a day. I advised there is a chance we may do some of the work ourselves, and Tim stated he would provide a quote by room so we can decide what rooms we would like to have his company paint. As promised, we received a very detailed quote shortly thereafter which was detailed with pictures and quoted prices per room which I both found impressive and appreciated. Turns out the quotation was reasonably priced and I was impressed with him thus far so I contracted for his company to paint every room.

A paint job in the interior of a home requires a lot of interaction and coordination with the painters, but Builtpro Painters George and Domingo made things very easy. Each morning they arrived on time and started working, finishing each day the promised time of 430pm, stopping only for their lunch break. Tim estimated completion in 4 days, and they met that timeframe and without any additional cost - the contracted price is what we ended up paying. No questionable price increased mid-project like some contractors seem to do. Most importantly, the finished job looked great and made by bride very happy! The job was completed last week and we have had time to review their work, finding no issues. A big thanks Tim and his painters George and Domingo!

I had my house painted, all the exterior plus the railings and two gates. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. The company’s owner, Tim, prepared a complete and precise work plan for the project and he sent a crew composed of three members, Pablo, the coordinator and overseer of the general work, Daniel and Edwin. They arrived promptly and worked until dusk with the necessary brief pauses. All of them were very professional, hard working, and friendly. Pablo has a long experience as a painter, he is very knowledgeable and competent, and he is always ready and eager to address all issues and answer questions. Daniel and Edwin are equally excellent and very responsible workers. I have a large house and they worked extra hard to finish the work on time overcoming a couple of rainy days. The last day, Pablo came by himself to do the final check on the work and he took care of all the last details. My house looks like new. I will certainly use their services again in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone.

BuiltPro Painting came and gave us a really comprehensive competitive bid. Tim (owner) was always available when I called or text him. He sent over his top performer Pablo and his team. They were on time every day, kept us informed on progress and worked efficiently. Any issues were met with a positive “can-do” work ethic! The house is gorgeous and done in 5 days! Excellent work and crews. George and Domingo just finished the entire inside of our home, always on time, polite and considerate of our needs. Last year Pedro and his crew painted the exterior of our home and did a beautiful job also. Highly recommended!
