We recently hired Herrera's Bay Area Painting to paint the exterior of our 102 year old home, as well as paint the kitchen cabinets and other interior areas. It was a great decision to hire Enrique and his crew.They did an amazing job, inside and out. They were very careful and thorough in the preparation of the areas to be painted, were considerate of our time, especially around the holidays, and very professional. With the rainy season here, the crew worked tirelessly on Saturdays and Sundays to try to beat the rain to get the job done.Communication with Enrique was good, including sharing pictures of the project when we were not at the house so we could see the progress. David was wonderful at managing the project and getting things done efficiently, and doing the last finishing touches. There was a small mishap near the completion of the project and although Enrique himself wasn't the cause, he took full responsibility for it and made us whole.Although it took a little longer than we anticipated, it was worth the wait for the beautiful result. I wholeheartedly recommend Enrique and Herrera's Painting!
Enrique and his team did an amazing job with extensive repairs and repainting of window frames, screens for those windows, several entire rooms, and trim, and balusters for our stairway. I cannot express enough gratitude for the wonderful job that he and his team did. During the weeks that they were working at our house, we discovered other places that were either damaged or stained and he was very flexible in adding more work to the list of the many things he and his team were already doing for us. We would absolutely hire him again without hesitation!
It was an absolute delight to work with Herrera’s Bay Area Painting. They painted the exterior of our house. Flawless and with great attention to details. From the early meeting, to finalizing the contract and all throughout the project, Enrique and Karla were extremely professional and kind. Now for the actual painting job, David led a happy crew of painters, who showed up on time every day and worked long hours to finish the project on time. Their prep work was just amazing. The paint looked great and they even did touch-ups on areas that were beyond the scope of their work. I also appreciate how they followed all of our HOA rules.The final walk through was a happy one. Herrera' Bay Area Painting Inc. is a wonderful company! David, Enrique's brother, and his team came and prepped for several days, including pressure washing the whole house, filling in cracks and just making sure the house was ready to be painted.They painted the house, the railings, landings and even the dogs' house. Great job and an even better crew!! Will use them again in the future.
Working with Enrique was wonderful. As a real estate agent I am tasked with making sure the seller's house shines in the marketing photos and for the next owner. Enrique and his team were very patient while I tested out dozens of paint colors. Once the colors were chosen they stuck closely to the tight timeline we had constructed.
