Lathian Painting Company

Lathian Painting, Patrick and his team, is the best contractor we have worked with. His communication was perfect, his understanding of our needs, our goals and our budget was perfect, the end result was amazing, I would recomend Lathian Painting Company to anyone looking for excellence in execution and perfection in results. Long story made short, our house needed a rescue, failed project with another contractor left us in a very bad position, we contacted Lathian Painting Company for a quote to fix everything, Patrick made sure to assess the situation being optimistic but honest all the time, he came with a plan, a fair quote and we started the job. Patrick saved our home, transformed a nightmare into a dream home, all while delivering the project on time, even with unexpected situations, he made sure to keep us informed with honesty and transparency. Lathian painting company made possible for us to enjoy our dream home. 100% our first option to go now on.

We are fully remodeling the house and Lathian Painting has been, by far, the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. You will not find a more professional painter to work with. Not only is the work quality outstanding but Patrick is the most conscientious and thorough professional you’ll find. Excellent communication, zero surprises, and honest. You can trust this team with your home and your budget.
