Initially I was really happy with the work they did, I did have to ask them to come back and do a few touch ups so I did appreciate them doing that. We are now redoing our carpet, we noticed the paint job done around the stairs was horribly done. They left a piece of orange tape and just painted over it, they painted over thick carpet strings, it’s extremely bumpy and uneven so now when we remove the carpet the paint is just going to peel right off. I’m extremely disappointed because the customer service was great but the service was not, it looks great from far but up close you can really see how sloppy of a job they did.
From the first time Karina arrived for our estimate, we were impressed with her professionalism and passion for ensuring a paint job is done well. She proactively provided samples based on our desires and came to our home at the end of everyday to assess the work done. I cannot recommend Karina and her team enough!
Karina with straight line painting was wonderful to work with. They painted our home exterior and we are so happy with the results. We also have gotten so many compliments! Karina clearly communicated timeline, job details, and what to expect. We had some unexpected weather mess with our timeline and she handled it so well! Karina, Dolman, James, and others were wonderful to deal with. Karina's knowledge about the business, and her professionalism are second to none. The crew (led by Dolman) were punctual, polite, and diligent. The quality of the exterior paint job was excellent. They showed up when they said they were going to show up, and they also cleaned the jobsite each night. Straight Line uses Sherwin Williams paint. We chose the Emerald line. I can tell the quality of the paint is going to last. I highly recommend Straightline for your next interior or exterior paint job.
Karina was awesome to work with. She sold me on her first visit! She was so helpful with selecting paint samples, providing suggestions on where to get new hardware, & was quick to reply with all questions. The timeline was as expected. Luis & Mika did an amazing job from start to finish & were friendly to work with. I would highly recommend Straight Line Painting/Shavers Painting to anyone & would definitely use them again in the future.
