We had a 178-unit HOA project for completely painting all wood, stucco, and garage doors. Pilot's employees were professional and hard working. Big shout out to Jose Carlos, Chalino (Rosalino), Miguel Heredia, and Pete Garcia (it was his 3rd time on our account).
My HOA unfortunately used this company to paint the buildings. It is now the third month that I am trying to get my front door painted, because they forgot about it, are not available on the phone, will not return emails and are generally no longer interested in anything after getting paid. Other residents have bubbly garages and other paint issues. Avoid this company, there are plenty of good painters around

I wanted to share my experience with Pilot Painting & Construction; we hired them to do wood and siding repairs throughout our condominium complex. The leads for both the woodwork and painting are very experienced. They are very easy to work with, our initial estimate for woodwork (done by another contractor was at a high level). We worked with the woodwork team lead (Manuel) in their analysis of additional wood repairs that needed to be done, and he was very good at showing us, documenting and explaining their recommendations. We worked with Pilot management (Jose Luis) on any change requests for additional work that was needed, and it was a very easy process. The woodwork and siding work were fantastic! The painting process has gone very smooth, they were very open to provide different samples of paint on our houses to allow us to see the different colors and for us to decide what colors to use. The painters have also done a Great job! The lead painter (Alan) is experienced and has explained every step of the process from pressure washing our houses to the process done for priming and painting the houses. Overall Pilot’s teams have done an outstanding job in our community and all our homeowners are thrilled to see how our houses look. The paint team also put in extra effort installing new garage lighting and new floating numbers for our houses, which was the cherry on top of our project. They also gave us the option of painting our garage doors which some of the homeowners did! It has made our community look like it was just built!
First & foremost, I HIGHLY recommend Pilot Painting! From requesting a bid to the end of the project, everything went unexpectedly smoothly and flawlessly. Now the details… this was not just a repaint. There was a LOT of wood that needed replacement, cracked concrete and stucco that needed repair, fencing that needed structural work, and chimney surrounds that basically needed to be rebuilt. Also understand that I’m very picky and a perfectionist. So, during the project I pointed out things that I felt could’ve been better and they immediately addressed every single one of my nits with total professionalism and without hesitation. Plus, during our walkthroughs, they identified small issues that I had missed. Not many companies do that (make more work for themselves just to ensure their client’s complete satisfaction).All the people I worked with during the project were eager to ensure that I was happy! Adrian, Francisco, Jamie, Joe, and Oscar (listed in alphabetical order). Everyone was equally terrific! Pilot Painting didn’t miss a single day during this project and stayed until it was completed perfectly. I believe we got a fantastic value and will gladly be a reference for them anytime 100%.
