We just had our home painted and dry rot repaired by Rojas Painting. We have been using Rojas Painting for several years. Oscar Rojas is a great person who has made the process easy every time. Oscar came to the house and gave us an estimate for repairing the dry rot which was extensive on the back side of our home where the fireplace is located and that whole area had to have new siding and trim. Joey is the Project Manager and he helped us choose colors and put them on the house so we could see how they would look. They began with pressure washing the house and then started on removing old siding and trim and replacing it with the new siding and then trim. The guys were careful and made sure everything in the yard was put aside before starting the work. They did a great job. Once they completed the repair work, they began painting and prepped to make sure paint wouldn’t get on the windows. They did a terrific job and even put up our new lights and house number. All of the crew members were nice, respectful and helpful. Joey periodically checked on the job and Oscar also came by on the last day to make sure we were happy with the results. It turned out great and we are very happy with the painting and how good the fireplace looks with the new siding. We highly recommend Rojas Painting. Yasmin was also great to work with and helped us schedule the project and making sure the tiling worked for us. We love that they are a local company that cares about their work and the community.
