So much for appointments, this means nothing to Professional Touch Paint. We set an appointment for an estimate at 11:00AM on Tuesday and the owner said they could start on Wednesday. We were stood up. However, we were recontacted that Tuesday afternoon and provided an estimate that evening. My husband rearranged his work schedule, I purchased all supplies, and Professional Touch Paint put us on the schedule for Monday. We exchanged confirmation texts and then Professional Touch Paint stood us up again. You CANNOT depend on this company.

HIGHLY recommend! Fernando and his team are top notch, both in terms of quality and honesty! Although we had received other quotes at much higher prices - one 4X more! - Fernando told us we did NOT need to repaint our entire exterior - that they could do the dry rot repairs and repaint where necessary and that would be enough to make it look great. And he was right! We did end up adding to the project because when we looked at the amazing new paint job next to existing paint, we wanted to paint more of the exterior, and his painters happily accommodated our requests. The final job looks amazing and the additional work was at minimal additional cost. I actually told him we should pay him more (he refused) - his guys did such a great job! We will definitely use Professional Touch Paint for any future painting work. Excellent work, excellent people!

I had Professional Touch Paint refresh the first floor interior, ceilings, and stairway of my townhouse - I was blown away by the quality of work!! Somewhat narrow spaces (being a townhouse and all) was no problem for Fernando's team. They did a fantastic job fixing some extensive cracks in the molding too. Responsive, on time, efficient, courteous. Highly recommend!

Fernando was able to give me a reasonable quote, and Juan came out to paint within a week. Juan got the livingroom (vaulted ceiling), dining room, kitchen, and hallway painted (trim and all) in TWO days. He moved the big furniture out of the way and back and left the space clean. He also left the paint for my own touch ups in the future. Definitely a great choice.

Fernando was referred to us by a friend. We needed our bottom kitchen cabinets painted. They did an OUTSTANDING job! They were professional, fast (only two days), and did exactly what they said they were going to do. We LOVE our new cabinets. I highly recommend Professional Touch Paint!
