I received quotes from a few companies before deciding to go with Brightview to remove popcorn ceilings and coat and paint them. I chose them because Simon and Edgar, whom I spoke with initially, were very responsive, explained the options we had, and addressed my concerns. Their crew who did the work were pleasant to work with and made sure we were happy with the results, especially Luis, the foreman. There were unexpected delays with the paint not drying in time due to several consecutive rainy days, so the job took a few days longer than expected, but the crew delivered great results, making sure the ceilings were completed to a level 4 finish. They also offered to patch a few holes in the wall, leaving a nice clean look. They are licensed and reliable painters who are responsive and care about the work and making sure their clients are happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them for your painting job!
I reached out to Brightview painting company to request a quote on painting parts of my house. They were quick to schedule and accommodating when I had to move back the time that same day. Simon came out and was very professional. Took notes and brainstormed with me on what I really needed. He didn’t try to upsell me, and even agreed that I didn’t need to do as much as we had originally thought. He got me a quote very quickly and it was a fair price. I didn’t really need to follow up with other companies for quotes and they were able to start the job a few days later and I was comfortable working with them. They matched the color exactly as needed and even did a walkthrough after completion. Would recommend and use again.
I needed a pony wall built to divide my living and dining room. I called Edgar at Brightview Painting and he came out and gave me a great price for the job. They completed the job in two days, and it came out fantastic! It looks beautiful and I'm so pleased with the finished product. Thank you so much for the excellent craftmanship!
I’m not ever crazy about giving anyone a “perfect” review, but when given the choice of selecting between 4 Stars and 5 Stars, going with 5 Stars seems like a no-brainer in this case.We had the exterior of our house painted by Brightview Painting Company, and the job was just completed yesterday. It looks very nice. Most of the labor intensive work came out much better than expected, and all of the work fit into the categories of “very good” to “excellent”.We feel they provided us with a great value. Overall, the finished product either met or exceeded our expectations.Throughout the job, the foreman (Luis) made sure to address all of our concerns, and the owner (Edgar) walked the property with us at the end of the job, providing any final touchups.Though it cost more, we not only purchased an extended warranty, but also requested every surface be primed. With two coats of high quality Dunn Edwards “Evershield” exterior acrylic, we’re confident that our home is well protected from the elements. The job required some fairly extensive stucco patching and wood repair, which made the job take longer to complete than we anticipated. The crew took their time and surprisingly was not rushed.Edgar was kind enough to apply a brand of premium wood epoxy that we specifically asked for in the contract. It was incorporated into areas with extensive damage, where some new wood was replaced. We were impressed with Edgar’s open communication, prompt responsiveness. We greatly appreciate the willingness he demonstrated in reasonably negotiating change orders. In our experience with them, Brightview Painting definitely delivered on their promise to satisfy their customers, and we are fortunate to have found them.
I am so happy with the work they had done. They responded quick for my estimate request. They listen to my needs and request then explai ed and presented me three estimates. The team came two weeks after I signed the contract. During the progress, they kept inform me if needed.I am glad that I picked Brightview. Kudos to the team who done my house.Update: Last Friday (almost 2 months after my house was painted) I noticed there were two spots need to be touched up. Since it has been over a month, i wasn't sure if they will come to do that.I contacted (texted) Simon and described the situation with pictures in a late afternoon. Simon responded my request within 3 hours. He sent his foreman, Luis, to perform the work the coming Tuesday.Great team work and customer service. I have to emphasize it again " I highly recommend Brightview".
