True Coat Painting were very prompt coming out to our house to give us an estimate in the spring. They spent a great deal of time explaining about the difference between different types of paints and primers necessary for the climate of the NW Reno area. One thing that really stood out compared to other quotes we got was their insistence on using a primer. Several other companies had to be asked if primer was included in the price and it usually wasn’t. They gave us an estimated date of starting the job. It had to be delayed due to the crazy weather in this area, i.e.rain, wind, air temperature, whether hot or cold. However they were great at keeping us informed of the timeline. The crew were amazing at showing up on the appointed days early in the morning. Unfortunately due to the weather (wind) our project was delayed for longer than we wished, but that was not their fault. The finished product was just what we wanted. The color change was beautiful and the quality was top notch. The owners. Milo and Chris were hands on every day checking on the crew. The supervisor, Alphonso, was very pleasant and knowledgeable about all things paint. The rest of the crew were very neat and clean and very polite. We would highly recommend True Coat Painting for any paint job needed!!
True Coat Painting just painted our kitchen cabinets and entertainment center. They did an outstanding job throughout the entire process. I feel like I have a brand new kitchen! My cabinets look like the just came from a store. They are absolutely beautiful. And the entertainment looks like a brand new piece of furniture. I have fallen in love with my kitchen all over again!!!! Milo and Chris and crew are absolutely kind and professional and prompt and easy to work with. Project was done within the given time line. They use a very detailed multi step process that makes the paint on the cabinets look flawless and will ensure that they last a lifetime. Can't wait to use them again for our next painting project!!!!!!!

Milo and Chris of True Coat Painting are the best! They painted our kitchen cabinets and ceiling. The cabinets look like they came from the factory. Their attention to detail was great! The house looked cleaner after they were done than before all the sanding. And they helped us figure out how to fix a mistake we made when adding to the top of our cabinets.
