Meticulous work with excellent results. My recently purchased 1954 ranch home needed lots of repair. Water damage on the ceiling, flaking and loose plaster on walls. A great deal of attention was paid to nail pops which required spackling. I had painters in my home over a 3-week period to do multiple rooms. Jimmy was here daily, sometimes accompanied by other painters. Brent spent 3 days here helping with a lot of the detail work. My house remained very clean the entire time that the crew was working. They utilized a sander machine with a vacuum. I was amazed at lack of plaster dust in my home. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely have them come back to do work in the future.
Monarch was excellent to work with. I had them remove textured ceilings while I was south for the winter. They moved or covered large furniture, cleaned up thoroughly and replaced furniture.
