I do think communication could be better. Additionally, they don’t do written contracts. Though this is not typical, I don’t think it’s reason to not hire them.

We paid half the balance once they arrived on the day of painting, and paid the rest once they had finished, that same morning. They accept check or cash.

Even on the day of appointment, no time scheduled or contact to discuss when they would arrive. Complete waste of time!

José was responsive, punctual, professional, and easy to work. He and his crew worked quickly and were extra careful to tape everything off. They did an extremely clean and detailed job.
