C & S Residential Painting Inc.

Had an 8am appointment this morning for a quote. My husband called her at 8:20 and was informed that she left a voicemail last night (no voicemail left) that she had to cancel because she had to take care of her 'grand kid'. I get that things happen, absolutely, but there was no message. Also, there was no offer to get someone else to come by and give us a quote, nor an offer to reschedule. Glad we found this out now vs being in the middle of a job.

C and S were very professional but warm and friendly from the start. They were kind enough to accomodate weird scheduling conflicts for us. They painted the house quickly and beautifully and left no mess behind. The actual painters were so friendly and professional, they really represented the business very well. On top of all of this… their prices were excellent as well. I would not hesitate to recommend C and S Residential to anyone looking to have painting done.

Christy came out to give us the estimate. She’s extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic, but not a pushy sales person. We were long overdue for repainting and had concerns about several areas. Christy reviewed those areas and assured us that they could take care of them as part of the bid. She carefully explained the different paint options and their expected quality, longevity, and cost.

Santaigo, who does most of the painting, is more quiet, very knowledgeable and a true professional, who pays close attention to detail. He patched a few cracks that I hadn’t even noticed. He and his crew did a great job, were meticulous, very careful of my wife’s flowerbeds and bushes, and cleaned up as they went. The whole project took only two days for a two story 2400 square foot house.

Their prices were very reasonable for the high quality job we got and were in line with other bids. We found their contract to be fair and reasonable. It was not filled with bureaucratic legalese and was easy to read and understand.

We are very happy with the quality of the job, and enjoyed working with Christy, Santaigo and his crew. We would gladly have them paint for us again. I highly recommend them.

I would enthusiastically recommend Cristy, Santiago and their team to anyone looking to have painting done! They were timely, professional, affordable and overall a joy to work with. I had an embarrassing slip where I accidentally gave them the wrong paint color for our trim (100% my error), but they were unbelievably gracious and quickly got the color I had envisioned and only charged us for the cost of the additional paint. They finished painting our exterior in 3 days and we are so impressed, it looks phenomenal. We also had some roofers doing work around the same time, and the C&S crew were accommodating and also helped identify one more small area that needed repair prior to painting. We really could not have asked for a better experience!
