That 1 Painter San Antonio

Adrian and the entire team at T1P were fantastic to work with! They were on time, professional, and their work was excellent! They took care of our space and were very considerate of our belongings. Plan to use them again for our next project upstairs. They painted three large rooms for us as part of the first project.

I'm a realtor and getting a home ready to go to the market is always stressful. However, when you have this amazing team helping you, it's a dream! I'm so grateful for Adrian, the owner and their crew for making this home shine! The painting was beautiful and on time, which is critical when you have deadlines to work with. I'm so happy our paths crossed & appreciate your work!

We couldn't be happier with the job Adrian and his crew completed on the house we were freshening up for sale. We had every surface painted: ceilings, walls, doors, trim, stair risers, shelves, cabinets...and it was all done efficiently and with great attention to detail. We also appreciated Adrian's consistently friendly and professional communication from beginning to end. We highly recommend Adrian and "That 1 Painter" in San Antonio.

Thanks to 1 Painter for an awesome experience. I needed our front door repainted due to some damages and wanted to upgrade the exterior look. Adrian came out the following day and was pleasant, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what my vision was to ensure the process was successful. Adrian came back the next day to match the color (Malabar) and it was spot on! The device they used to match the color is fantastic. Adrian informed me he got us on the schedule for Friday 12/12/25 09:00-09:15 and provided their names, Christina and Kevin. They were both on time and very friendly. Christina reviewed what I needed to ensure we were all aligned. Kevin worked really fast and the finished product looks outstanding. The door looks new! Christina called to follow up and ensure I was satisfied with the results. Kevin left the remaining paint with us in the event we needed to repaint. I highly recommend 1 Painter. They are fast, efficient, reliable, friendly, and their quality of work is spectacular. Thanks again!

After living with a huge open ceiling from water damage for two years, we finally called That 1 Painter. I wish we had done it sooner! From the start, they were responsive, professional, and honest. They gave a fair quote, scheduled the job quickly, and started within a few days. The team insulated, installed new drywall, matched the texture perfectly, and painted everything to look brand new. The quality of their work is outstanding, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I can’t recommend That 1 Painter enough.
