Estuardo/Fresh Start Painting has done a couple of painting jobs for my clients in San Francisco. One job was with a Notice Of Violation with DBI involving a lead paint issue, and the building is right next to a populated recreational park with children's activities; we had to go over many hurdles with DBI and park inspectors while we had tenants living onsite. It was such a nightmare to jump through permits, scaffolding, city approvals, inspections, etc. Their team took care of everything for us in a fast and professional manner! They started with a detailed, quick, and fair price quote and finished with excellent workmanship and customer service. Besides updating the property management team and the building owner on the progress, they also kept the concerned tenants in the loop and made sure the painting job went smoothly, appropriately, and properly. Totally impressed by this crew. Not only are they fine craftsmen who expertly painted our exterior windows, eaves, doors and trim, they also showed up every day with kindness, cleanliness, and thoughtful attitudes. And this was the week of extremely high temperatures and they literally whistled while they worked! In addition to the job, they also fixed our broken windows beautifully and magically got many to open that we've never been able to open, touched up our stucco where needed, and tied our tree so it's no longer resting on our deck railing, I highly recommend Fresh Start Painting.
