I was initially skeptical that Jay's painting company could be as high-quality as the reviews suggested, and yet reasonably priced, but I took a chance and I am so glad that I did. We had Paint911 paint most of our house. They were patient, thorough, thoughtful, and meticulous throughout. It was difficult to color-match the many different whites of the previous paint job, but Jay and Abel gave great advice and didn't mind trying a few times. They checked in frequently to make sure they were following the intended scope of work and that the quality was up to my standards and theirs, and were proactive about doing extra little things to make sure the final result was ideal. One of the team even cleaned some paint that I'd gotten onto my shoes without being asked. They worked around our family's needs timing-wise and still managed to get done on time. Overall, Jay and his team are honest, experienced, and hardworking. We would happily recommend them to our friends!

The job involved a house that had undergone major foundation repairs and was marked by numerous cracks and lines. I knew from the outset that this wouldn't be a simple paint job.

The project is now complete, and everyone is thrilled with the quality of the work delivered. I particularly appreciate the Paint 911 team's work ethic. They consistently show up on time and go above and beyond to ensure the final product is of the highest quality, keeping the work site organized and clean. He was clear in communicating, provided good recommendations on paint and scope of work, and the quote was very reasonable. The differentiator was how professional his crew was - very polite and considerate, and kept an extremely tidy work area. People that take care of the job site tend to do better quality work and this was very true for Paint911. The quality of the work was excellent - pressure washed surfaces, patched cracks, removed excess nails/wires/etc, and taped off sections for protection. The end result was amazing - our house looks beautiful and would highly recommend Paint911.

I was referred to Paint911 from a neighbor of mine, and I'm a customer for life now! Jay was prompt in his response, very detail focused, professional and his price was very fair. The two men who completed the job were on time (usually early!), courteous, detailed focus and did a wonderful job! They even touched up a few spots for us that a previous painter hadn't done properly. We will definitely hire Paint911 again for future projects and will recommend them to family and friends. Jay and his team are the best! They did both exterior and interior painting for our house and we cannot be happier with their work. The color Jay helped picking changed the whole feeling of our house. He is into the details, super handy, alway on time, very honest and trust-worth. They stick with the plan and timing and do high quality job with a very reasonable price. They don't just do good work, but also very good at cleaning up after the job. We highly recommend Jay and his team for paint job and definitely will hire them again for the similar job in the future.
