Had a great experience working with Matias and his team, led by William. We had a detailed job to get all of our baseboards touched up and repainted and the team did fantastic work, surprised us by touching up some parts of the wall beyond the scope of the job, and even cleaned up nicely after the job was done. My third project completed by Aces Painting & Remodeling prompts me to write this unconditional endorsement of this company run by Matias Gramajo. Matias demonstrates exceptional enthusiasm, ethics, responsibility and integrity in conducting his business. At the inception of my projects, Matias arrived fully prepared to assess my needs and to offer ideas to meet and to exceed my imagination. Within a few days, a detailed email arrives listing project components and costs. His cost figures reflect the quality of his work and those he hires to handle specialized tasks. Easy communication with Matias helps to establish our agreed upon scope and cost of the work to be done. The agreed upon cost remains accurate with no surprise up-charges that are so common these days. During the course of the work, Matias communicated with me daily with the next day’s workday schedule. Most days he was personally present for at least part of the day and working alongside of his crew. His employees are longtime crew members which reflects his qualities as a supervisor. He solved “surprise” problems on his own by replacing a dishwasher discharge hose and completing some tricky cabinet carpentry support work. He was also able to work in some extra electrical work, within the limits of the contract amount, that made our project look much better. Matias Gramajo, dba Aces Painting and Remodeling, takes “ownership” of a project and will not stop until everything is right for his customer. Aces projects for me include painting an outside patio cover, whole house interior painting and a kitchen remodel.

Matias Gramajo and ACES are incredible at what they do! Expert analysis, quality products and master craftsmanship defines this company to a T. They are fast, clean, and reliable with an exceptional eye for detail. They color matched our 20' staging walls and they excelled beyond our expectations, so we're having them do another section of our Auditorium at Grand Central Collective. Our church platform looks amazing and it's all because of Matias and Aces!
