One major improvement was the entrance to my property. They replaced an old creosote fence and properly set it in concrete, correcting a mistake from a previous installation. Their thoroughness didn’t stop there—before painting, they meticulously caulked everything, ensuring a proper seal. I have a Home Automation platform that monitors attic temperatures, and the difference in insulation effectiveness was immediately visible in the data. The preparation alone made a massive impact!

After the caulking and repairs were complete, they applied two coats of high-grade Sherwin-Williams paint.
