Our neighborhood lodge experienced water damage. We wanted the repairs in that particular room to be done well but they didn’t need to look like new. So we wrote specs that would have the results look good for the function of the room. This kept the cost reasonable and our expectations appropriate. The results were perfect - really only the people who are looking for the repairs can detect where they may have been done, and the repainting of a whole wall is completely appropriate for us to remount the shelves and pictures. The room looks completely refreshed with the repainting of the whole ceiling, too, without the cost of a “make it look like new” spec. The crew was in and out in two days, were clean and kept the area tidy. They did the right about of prep work and produced good results.
I have used CertaPro Painters several times. We did some cabinets painting and had the exterior of our house painted. The two different crews that worked at my house did a great job. They also offered a good price compared to several others.
I am so pleased with the CertaPro Painters of NE San Antonio! They painted the exterior of my house and I love it! Kristine was so helpful and patient while giving me quotes and waiting for my HOA to approve my colors. After I got all the approvals I needed, they were able to schedule getting started on the job quickly. Francisco, his dad, and the other painters on the team were great! So respectful and considerate. I have dogs and the guys always checked with me or my mom before opening the back gate or doors to be sure the dogs didn’t get out. They worked quickly and cleanly. I wasn’t sure what color (of the two preselected) I wanted my front door to be, and Francisco painted around the door first to give me a chance to see what color I thought looked better. He also gave me an estimate of when they’d be done so I had time to get home to do a walk through before they left. Everyone was so communicative and friendly. I highly recommend them!
We bought our house in 2021, and over time, the exterior somehow went from beige to a strange blue-purple — no clue how, but it had to go! We’ve hired CertaPro Painters three times because of the great work they do. They’ve done two exterior jobs and now an interior. The estimate was sent immediately which impressed us. Pricing was slightly higher than the other estimates, however cheaper is not always the best choice and they worked with us to get cost down. CertaPro is worth the price! They’re very professional, careful with protecting floors and furniture, and worked well around our pets. The job they did was almost a whole house interior painting from ceilings to trim at floors. In addition to painting, CertaPro fixed damaged sheetrock, filled small holes in walls, and fixed areas of cracks and tape/float that had peeled up. Two bedrooms had very dark paint and they put enough coats to cover it. They also allowed me to make some last minute changes and still finished ahead of schedule. We are very happy with CertaPro and highly recommend them for your projects.
