Secil, and the crew at Paint Ez did an amazing job of breathing new life into my rental property. I manage the home from out of state which is sometimes difficult to do, but from the first interaction of requesting a quote Secil was great with communication, information, and patience. She has made the entire process as easy as their name claims. My complicated requests were granted and she adjusted her quote quickly which encouraged me to hire them that same day. Within three days they were on site early, and took good care of protecting my tenants property as well as my floors. They matched my wall color perfectly and the recommended ceiling color was a great fit. They put in a full days work, and my renter and I are both very happy with the beautiful results. They cleaned up well, and left my house looking good as new. I'm extremely happy with their service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to neighbors and friends. I strongly advise against hiring Paint EZ. My interaction with them was highly concerning and unprofessional. After I provided photos of the areas to be serviced, they immediately and incorrectly assumed that the markings were mold and mildew, despite my clear explanation that they were simply grease stains from standard household use. During a subsequent phone call, the representative persisted in this dismissive, unprofessional assumption. Because of this lack of professional judgment and their accusatory tone toward the condition of my home, I would not trust this company to enter or work in my private residence.
