The process was easy, they came back in October to bid the job and then started painting as soon as there was a week of beautiful weather. I was raised in a house of painters and contractors, so when I hired this company, I let the owner know that I am super picky. Their teams have been on the job for 10+ years and by the time the painters left, not one thing needed to be fixed. They are detailed and again, extremely polite. I will be calling this company in a year when we redo our kitchen.

Neighborhood Painting and Restoration completed replacement of some exterior compromised and deteriorated siding, window sills and noses, door jambs, facia boards, and house trim boards. They repaired everything, caulked and painted the entire house. The site work crew that did the work was outstanding. They were attentive to our house's needs and did a quality job in all areas of work. We highly recommend their work. The work pricing was fair and a good value for the work completed. We would definitely recommend them to our friends, family and others needing any restoration or painting work done.

Neighborhood Painting did an amazing job! The crew really took their time with repairs and painting. Their work reflects that they truly cared and wanted to do a good job. We had a ton of Woodrot around the entire house, and they fixed all of it. I also loved that they offered a free color consultation. We had a general idea of what color we wanted to paint the house, but the color rep helped us make our decision. We will definitely use them again if needed and will 100% recommend to others. Our neighbors have already given us so many compliments and the house has been done for 1 day.

We received a detailed estimate from Neighborhood Painting to paint the exterior of our home and detached garage, and to repair a screened in porch. They showed up on time and completed the work as promised. They found additional wood rot when doing prep work and supplied us with an estimate to do the additional work as well. The prep crew spent a solid week, repairing wood rot, sealing cracks and preparing the house for painting. Their attention to detail was amazing. I could not have done it better myself, and I am picky! The painting crew was just as detailed and thorough. They did a beautiful job and took time to make sure we were happy with everything. Construction of the complete replacement of our outside stairs went fantastic. The stairs go from the 2nd story to ground level with a landing in between. Quality was number one. Everything was put together with screws. At my request, they used cedar tone pressure treated wood for every single piece. We expect these stairs to last indefinitely. This was our first experience with Neighborhood Painting and will no be the last. We are having them stain the stairs and existing upper porch later this year. Also, at some point will have them repair and paint the outside of the house.
