They did an okay job, but they did not remove the vents before scraping the ceilings. After just a few days, a crack appeared. They left the house in a mess, which ruined my baseboards, and left buckets outside. Additionally, there were unapproved people at my house. While they were friendly, I am not satisfied enough to give a five-star rating.

They did come back to fix the crack, but did not remove their buckets.

Update: the owner came back and fixed all their mistakes and corrected the issues. The work is nicely done now.
